We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items (custom products, sale items, or perishable goods) are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
Contact our support team at info@graftonmoore.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.
Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
